I am a registered (BACP) and qualified (Integrative Counselling BA Hons & Diploma) integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor with a passion for helping people navigate difficult times in their lives.
I use various techniques and approaches to tailor my counselling to your specific needs and believe in working collaboratively with you to find the best way forward. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions and to support you on your journey towards healing and growth.

There are times in life's journey when we can often experience feeling overwhelmed, lost, and alone due to life difficulties and personal events. Humans are directional beings who aim to find meaning and purpose in life. However, past events and unhealthy patterns of behaviour can repeat themselves, leaving us with a sense that we are not moving forward.
It can often feel daunting to face this journey alone during these times. Therefore, I offer a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space where you can explore any life challenges you may be experiencing.
Psychotherapy enables us to explore our connection to life and to understand our thought processing and responses to life experiences. Doing so can help create a pathway towards change and personal growth and provide you with tools for the future to help manage everyday life experiences and life-changing events.

Training as an Integrative Counsellor has allowed me to create an environment that enables me to connect uniquely with each individual and draw upon different theoretical concepts relating to the past and present, which helps facilitate a deeper understanding of ourselves.
